Biography:

Dr. Babar Iqbal obtained his bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Department of Agronomy, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar-Pakistan. He did his Ph.D. from Key Laboratory of Crop Physiology & Ecology, Ministry of Agriculture, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing, Jiangsu, P.R. China. He completed his post-doctorate at the School of Environment and Safety Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, P.R. China. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at the School of Environment and Safety Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, P.R. China. His research is centered on the effects of soil phosphorus cycling, soil ecology, invasive plants, and microplastics on soil nutrient content, biogeochemical cycles, and its movement inside the crop to affect the physiology, accumulation of biomass, nutrients, and yield
